Leaving on a Jet-Plane, Lyrics by Me!

All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go,
Hello Birmingham, Goodbye Toronto,
I just want to say a bitter-sweet goodbye,

When your dawn is breakin', it's my afternoon,
When it's your supper-time, I can see the moon,
But I'll still stay in touch, you don't have to cry,

So kiss me and smile for me,
Tell me that you'll write to me,
You can visit to, if you have got the dough,

'Cause I'm leaving on a jet-plane,
I don't know when I'll be back again,
But when I book my flight, I'll be sure to let you know,

I'm packin' my guitar and my MacBook too,
I'll visit Baskerville and the London Zoo,
I'll take my camera -- I'm packing and then I'm gone!

I hope you'll pray for me, 'cause I'll pray for you,
I'm off to meet my kids and their parents too,
But we can keep in touch when I'm across the pond!

So kiss me and smile for me,
Tell me that you'll write to me,
And you can visit, too, if you have got the dough!

'Cause I'm leaving on a jet-plane,
Don't know when I'll be back again,
I'll miss you all, but now I've got to go!
